Sean Glaze is a very insightful leadership and team building expert. From his days coaching a high school team to now working with companies and organizations around the world, Sean has the experience to back up his work. I really enjoyed this conversation, as Sean and I went back and forth about a variety of leadership topics.

My favorite part is when Sean shared how he's learned from failure and how looking in the mirror helped him find his truth, as well as his best teammate.
