Great article.

We get to:

* go ahead and feel our feelings, without being afraid of them. Or, if we are afraid, it's okay to feel them anyway. (Hint: the fear will often completely dissipate).

* live in the present as much as possible. Put our phones down.

* stay grateful. Write it out, assign ourselves a gratitude mantra. Notice all of the beauty as we walk around outside.

* be gentle, kind, and sweet with ourselves. Most of the time we are doing the best we can.

* do things which we love as much as possible. Get the *meh" tasks over first if possible.
