Hey there - There are 86 days left in 2023, 60 week days left. That’s just enough time to build a new habit and to move forward into the new year stronger than you are right now.
Some of my friends are doing the 75 Hard challenge, which you could do if you wanted to too.
If you’re unfamiliar, 75 Hard is:
Follow a diet. ...
Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors.
Take a progress picture.
Drink 1 gallon of water.
Read 10 pages of a book (audiobooks not included).
And while that’s a great way to go, it may not be YOUR way to go.
And that’s ok.
If you’re not where you want to be, I encourage you to start smaller.
Way smaller.
