My journey has been a whirlwind of adventures and opportunities. From my early days in the Navy to my current role as VP of growth at SpeakerFlow, my path has been as diverse as it is fascinating. But what truly defines my journey is not just the roles I've taken on but the energy I bring to each one of them. I live by a simple mantra: "win or learn," turning every experience into a positive one.

Now, let’s talk about my superpower – energy!

I firmly believe that energy is a two-way street; the more you give, the more you receive. But how do I keep my energy reserves full? It's a combination of gratitude, a positive mindset, and an unshakeable belief that being energetic is the only way to be. I'm like a human dynamo, continuously powered by a spirit of positivity!

Networking is another aspect of my life where I bring my unique energy.

Picture this: walking into a room and feeling instantly connected to everyone. That's how I approach networking. With my signature bright orange shoes and a heart ready to connect, I aim to create deep and meaningful relationships. It's not just about being interesting; it’s about being genuinely interested in others.

Gratitude is a cornerstone of my daily life.

I find immense joy in the little things, like the way my dog responds to my voice. This sense of appreciation for the small moments is what keeps my happiness meter high. And when it comes to facing life's challenges, my approach is simple – if I'm not winning, I'm learning. This perspective transforms every hurdle into a learning opportunity.

My philosophy on service and leadership is all about making a difference.

I believe in serving others and sharing knowledge freely. It's not about the titles or accolades; it's about the impact you can make on others' lives. I try to embody the principle of doing what you love in the service of people who love what you do.
