Always fun to join Tiffany Ogle on The Morning Blend. We talked about being Happy AF today. And if that’s a permanent state of being because I’m the “Happy AF Guy” or if I have to work at it too.

While I wish I were in studio on the yellow couch back in Milwaukee, it’s still a lot of fun to be virtually back home sharing some insights into my Happy AF practice.
