They wouldn't make for much of a movie plot (what? no drama??), but there's so much potential for change for the better with these small, consistent approaches. In many ways, even more potential than the sweeping dramatic changes that people typically commit to around this time of year, because there's so much more likelihood of them lasting beyond the first couple months of the year.
