Flash a grin: Just try it, even if you're not feeling it. Smiling can trick your brain into feeling better.
Three Cheers for the Day: Each night, think of 3-5 cool things that happened. It could be anything, from a tasty coffee to nailing a work task.
Daily Fun Time: Make sure to do something you enjoy every day, no matter how small.
Chit-Chat: Chatting, even briefly, with people around you can boost your mood big time.
Listen Up: Spend a few minutes really listening to someone close to you. It's a secret sauce for happiness.
Nature Walks: Combine walking and nature for a double mood lift.
Be Kind: Do something nice, planned or spontaneous. It feels good.
Count Your Blessings: When you're feeling down, remember the good stuff in your life. It's all about perspective.
Forgive Yourself: Messed up? It's okay. Learning and living mean making mistakes.
Get Creative: Write, snap photos, make stuff, or solve a problem, even if it's just for a minute
